Check the account identity, current term and renewal status. A subscription expiry is different from having no Hearts left, and neither is proof that your account was deleted.

Distinguish a photo, a saved clip and an expandable scene. A control for one media type may not exist on another. Review the action and its price before continuing.

Publishing a Custom AI changes who can find the profile. It does not publish the owner's private chat. Other users have separate conversations with the same character.
Describe a problem precisely
For support, note the device, browser, feature and the point where the behaviour changed. Keep receipts for payment issues and do not include sign-in codes or full card details.
