Pick a personality before judging the first reply
A profile gives you more than a picture. Read the description and traits so you know the character's starting role. A quiet character and a confident character will not open a conversation in the same way.
Give the conversation a simple setting and a clear subject. Tell the character whether you want a casual conversation or a fictional story. If a detail matters, state it directly rather than expecting the profile to supply it.
Chats, Memories and relationship levels
Your conversation belongs to your account. With Premium, Memories help carry important details forward and each chat has its own relationship progression. There are 15 relationship levels with video rewards as levels increase.
Memory and fluent replies are not proof of understanding or feelings. Correct a mistaken detail when it appears. Your companion can continue a story, but it can also misunderstand a message or invent a detail.
A public character does not make your chat public
A Custom AI starts private. Publishing a character to Community exposes the character profile you publish, not every conversation you have had with it. Another person opens a separate chat.

Can I create my own AI girlfriend?
Yes. The builder offers realistic and anime styles with appearance, personality, occupation and voice choices.
Can other users read my conversation?
Conversations are separate between users. Publishing a character does not publish your private chat history.
Is a Custom AI the same as a Verified Creator Model?
No. You design a Custom AI; a Verified Creator Model is an AI persona associated with an authorised creator.
