Private from other users
Chats and their Memories are separate for each user. A Custom AI is private by default, and publishing a character to Community does not publish your own conversation. A creator does not get access to your conversation simply because you chat with their character.
Private does not mean that no processing takes place. The service handles account information and conversation content, and flagged content can be reviewed for safety. Do not assume a character chat is an end-to-end encrypted vault.
Check the website and operator
Swipey is operated by INVAI LTD, registration HE 458964 in Cyprus. Compare account notices and payment details with your own receipt and the published support contact, hello@swipey.ai.
A familiar logo, a favourable review or a message using the product name is not enough to authenticate a sender. Avoid signing in from an unexpected direct message, and do not share email login codes with another person.
Adult access still has boundaries
The service is for adults and has content and age-assurance rules. It does not permit sexual depictions of minors or unauthorised intimate depictions of identifiable people. Content moderation applies even when an adult feature is described as uncensored.
Do not use a leak, an unofficial repost or a request for someone else's private media as a substitute for authorised content. Report a suspected privacy or content violation with its location and a concise explanation.
Control the information you share
The Privacy Policy covers collection, processing and retention. Account deletion and a legal data request can involve different records; stopping a renewal does not erase an account.
- Do not put passwords, one-time codes or payment-card details into a character chat.
- Use private support for account and billing problems.
- Check what you publish before making a Custom AI public.
- Use the account settings for deletion and the subscription settings for cancellation.
- For a data request, email support from the account address and describe the information or action you need.
