Compare the term, not just the monthly number
These three terms have the same Premium feature access. The current offer, currency and payment total are shown before purchase. A monthly equivalent on a longer plan does not mean the plan is collected in monthly instalments.

What Premium changes
Premium provides full messaging and access to features such as Custom AI chat, relationship progression, Memories, voice and adult image generation. The plan also includes one Fan Club.
This does not make every media action unlimited. Videos, image generations, gifts and real-time calling can use Hearts. Check both the access requirement and the cost attached to the action you are about to use.
Understand your Hearts balance
Hearts are in-app units used for media and extras. Plan payments include bonus Hearts, and Premium rewards provide additional ways to earn them. Payment-linked bonuses are 200 with a 1- or 3-month payment and 300 with the first 12-month payment, followed by 200 at yearly renewal.
A reward amount, a purchased top-up and a subscription renewal are different entries. Review what the offer actually includes and the balance shown in your account; do not treat Hearts as cash or as a discount on every purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Open Settings, Subscription and Current Plan to review your term and renewal date. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access active through the paid period.
If your aim is a refund for an existing payment, use the refund request process as well. Cancelling a plan does not by itself return the previous payment, and deleting a browser shortcut does not cancel a subscription.
