Verification provider
Ondato handles the verification journey. It can involve a liveness check, age estimation and documentary evidence when needed. Access depends on the resulting verification outcome.
Access outcomes
An unsuccessful, incomplete or invalidated check does not grant access. A further check may be required if the previous outcome expires or is no longer valid. Do not try to bypass the access controls.
Help with a check
Contact hello@swipey.ai if the process fails or you believe an outcome is incorrect. Describe the error and device. Do not send identity documents to an unverified message sender or publish them in a community channel.
