Daily claims and streaks
Premium members can claim daily rewards. A streak tracks consecutive claims; missing a day can reset the sequence.
Review the reward shown for the account before treating it as a recurring allowance. An introductory balance, a daily claim and a purchased top-up are separate entries.
Quests and account progress
Quests can award Hearts, account progress or spins. Completing an activity and receiving a reward are separate steps; check the activity requirements and the resulting balance.
Hearts can be used for media and extras. They do not replace subscription renewal and should not be treated as money that can be withdrawn.
Spin & Win
The wheel belongs to the rewards experience. A spin is not the same as a gift in a Duel or a paid image-generation request.
If a reward seems missing, include the activity, time and account email in a private support request rather than posting account details publicly.
Questions
Are rewards the same as a new subscription?
No. Rewards affect progress or an in-app balance; a subscription is a separate purchase.
What can Hearts be used for?
Hearts are in-app units for media, calls, gifts and other extras. A reward adds to a balance or account progress; it does not replace a subscription payment or create a cash withdrawal.
